PRINT OBS is a client-side tool. All calculator inputs — material cost, print hours, filament weight, machine settings, and G-code file contents — are processed entirely in your browser. None of this data is sent to or stored on our servers.
We do not require account registration and do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or payment details.
When you upload a G-code file to the calculator, it is read locally by your browser using the File API. The file is never uploaded to any server. It is discarded as soon as you close or refresh the page.
We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics scripts. If basic analytics are added in the future, this policy will be updated and you will be notified via a banner on the site.
This site does not embed third-party advertising, social media widgets, or external tracking pixels. Any external links (such as links to filament suppliers or slicer software) are provided for convenience and are governed by those third parties' own privacy policies.
Because no personal data is collected or transmitted, there is no user data at risk on our end. Standard browser security applies to any data you enter into the calculator while it is open in your browser session.
